AE Properties is the management division of Andrews Enterprises, LLC. Andrews Enterprises, LLC is a privately held owner and operator of quality apartment homes, single-family residences and vacation properties in three states - Arizona, Florida and Missouri.

The principles and staff of Andrews Enterprises, LLC have over 60 years of property management experience.

We are proud of our properties. Therefore, we only manage what we own. Each property is managed as if the principles and staff reside in them. In fact, in many cases, we do. Our standard is simple. We will only own and operate properties that meet or exceed our personal living standards.

Each property is well maintained with significant annual improvements such as new roofs, gutters, patios, bath and kitchen remodels, new carpet and new windows. Each property receives at least a semi-annual inspection for maintenance items, HVAC service and battery changes for smoke and CO alarms. We attempt to respond to all resident requests within 24 hours.
